HOW A RESERVATION IS MADE

Reservation

Once the order is placed (order form signed and payment received), the phone you have chosen is reserved for you! One month before your event, we will ask you for some additional information.

The welcome message

You will record this message yourself, to personalize the phone’s answering machine, to be sent to us 15 days before the event, via Whatsapp.

The week before your event

You will receive the chosen phone about 2 days before your event by mail, with its installation sheet and personalized instructions. We will be available by phone or Whatsapp to help you with any problems or questions.

On the day of the event

Simply place the phone in its designated location, set it up according to the setup sheet, lay out the instructions and let your guests do the rest.

After the event

You will need to drop off the complete package the next business day at the post office, stamped with the pre-stamped label provided.

Once we receive your beautiful messages back, we will process them and send them back to you on either a USB stick or vinyl record, whichever you choose.
