But where does Après le Bip come from?
After meeting during a wedding planner training almost two years ago, we discovered we had a lot in common and above all a great chemistry 💥 .
We always have a lot of ideas in mind and we complement each other perfectly.
When Charlotte said “hey but, would you like to start a kind of guestbook with a phone?”, Aline answered “I have an old phone, the idea is great, let’s start?” and it was off (to the great displeasure of our technical assistants hahaha).
Just 2 months after this famous conversation, we officially launched today our crazy idea: an audio guestbook!
In 2020, Aline (Charlotte’s wedding planner at the time) found herself with a request from her client: I want a different kind of guest book. The duo set about finding a fun, spontaneous and different system. During a wedding planning evening, Charlotte had a brilliant idea: “Hey, would you like to create a kind of guest book with a telephone?” Aline replied, “I’ve got an old telephone in the cellar, that’s a great idea, let’s get started! and off we went (much to the chagrin of our technical assistants, hahaha). After a whole evening of brainstorming on the (hypothetical) functioning of this system, we started testing and prototyping the very next day, and just 2 months after that famous conversation, we officially launched our crazy idea: an audio guestbook!
Our aim? To offer a product that’s fun, quirky, full of emotion and history, easy to use for everyone, pretty and a unique way of entertaining guests.
For over 3 years now, we’ve been animating events and collecting wonderful messages and tokens of love all over Europe. Our telephones have witnessed some of life’s finest moments, and with over 300 events to our credit, we’re grateful every day for the trust placed in us by our customers and wedding suppliers.
